Day 1：Hobart City / Mt. Wellington / Tasmanian State Museum
Our professional tour guide will pick you up from Hobart airport. Once settled in at the hotel, we will commence the Hobart city tour which inculdes the Hobart waterfront, Tasmanian state museum and Mt Wellington. From the summit of Mt Wellington, you are enabled to glimpse the unfolding panorama of river, fields and the aquatic setting of Hobart Town.
Day 2: Port Arthur Historic Site / Tasman Arch / Devils Kitchen
Today you will have a chance to explore the natural wonders of the Tasman Arch, Devil’s Kitchen and the Tessellated Pavement. In the afternoon, travel to Port Arthur site, travel the “Lottery of Life”, a unique way to learn the life and times of
former convicts. Take a guided tour through the chapel and penitentiary ruins for an insight into life what was once Australia’s largest penel settlement. Enjoy cruising Mason Cove, resting place for 2000 convicts, guards and citizens.
We will tour to the Royal Tasmanian Botanic Gardens. After lunch, We will visit the Georgian-Era village of Richmond to see the country’s oldest Catholic Church and its famous and much photographed scenic bridge. You will be pleasantly surprised by the streets here which are lined with exquisite antique shops, cafés and galleries. Then, we will test different wine in Grape Manor.
Afterwards, continue our trip to visit the Chocolate Factory (if time permit) with the opportunity to taste some delicious well-known favorites. After all, we shall make our way to the airport for your flight home.
